One year of Service and Support Pack (“SSP”) coverage comes standard with new RealWear devices at no additional cost. Up to two years additional coverage may be purchased, at point of sale, to extend your coverage beyond the first year. You may purchase one or two additional years at the end of your first year. 

This comprehensive offering empowers IT and Business Operations to deploy, control, support and evaluate their RealWear devices. Loaded with analytics to measure device utilisation and speedy device replacement when required, you can keep focused on process uptime.

With the Service and Support Pack you’ll receive:

  • Support—24/7 access to phone, email, and chat with a guaranteed response time of 4 hours.
  • Advance device replacement—upon determining a device needs replacing, a unit is sent out before your device is received and processed through the standard return (RMA) process, reducing downtime.
