What payment options can I use?

We accept all major credit cards and our payment service is run by Adyen, which is highly secure. If you have a credit account with Westbase.io then you will also be able to make payment by PO against your agreed credit limit with your online partner account.

 

What can I use my online partner account to do?

Your online partner account allows you to login to find and purchase the solutions you need at your correct partner price. You can also see your historical orders, download invoices and statements, view and order against your quotes, plus more.

 

Do you accept PayPal?

No, we do not accept PayPal.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all European countries. For shipping outside the EU, please contact your account manager for more information.

 

How long does delivery take?

UK orders placed before 4.30PM UK-time will be delivered next day. European orders placed before 3.00PM CET will also usually be delivered next day, although some locations can vary.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Shipping rates start from £10.00 but vary depending on your location and the selected service; when you go to checkout, all available options will be shown for you to choose from.

 

My order is late, what should I do?

If your delivery address is in the UK and you haven’t received your order within 48 hours, please contact a member of our team. If your delivery address is outside the UK and your order has not arrived within 7 days, please contact a member of our team.
