The RealWear Navigator 520 is a rugged, voice-controlled assisted reality headset designed for frontline workers in demanding industrial environments. Worn around the head or attached to a hard hat, it provides hands-free access to digital information, remote collaboration, and workflow support while keeping users focused on the task in front of them.

Built for tough working conditions, the Navigator 520 is IP66-rated and MIL-STD-810H certified, helping it withstand dust, water, drops, and operating temperatures from -20 °C to 45 °C. Its lightweight 270 g design, adjustable display boom arm, and compatibility with helmets, safety eyewear, hearing protection, and external headphones make it suitable for extended use across industrial, field service, utilities, manufacturing, and maintenance environments.

A 50 MP tiltable camera with 82° field of view enables high-quality image capture and 1080p video at 60 fps, while the modular camera system allows the standard camera to be replaced with an optional FLIR thermal camera module. Hot-swappable rechargeable batteries allow workers to replace batteries in the field without powering down the device, helping maintain productivity across long shifts.

Clear communication is supported by four digital microphones with active noise cancellation up to 100 dBA and internal loudspeakers on both sides. With dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, advanced location support, Ari OS based on Android 13, Ari Cloud centralised deployment and management, and secure sign-in options, the RealWear Navigator 520 provides a powerful assisted reality platform for connected frontline operations.
