The MikroTik GPEN11 is an outdoor power injector that can be mounted on a wall. The GPEN11 is powered via 12-57V DC and outputs passive PoE. The design of the GPEN11 allows the Ethernet cable to run vertically from the base of the injector or routed through the wall.
