Frequency Coordination Cambium Networks' fixed wireless broadband operates in the 5 GHz band, similar to home WiFi. While fixed wireless subscriber modules are designed to avoid interference from home WiFi, the home WiFi must remain standards-based for compatibility with various consumer devices. The cnMaestro cloud management system coordinates frequency selection between the RV22 Home Mesh Router and the roof-mounted subscriber module, allowing you to monitor frequency selection and interference using the Response Centre.

Optimise RF Upon bootup or when the Optimise WiFi command is executed, the RV22 scans channels, measures utilisation, and determines if a channel change is necessary. Optimise WiFi can be run from the Response Centre or the Subscriber App. With excellent WiFi signal strength and low noise, the RV22 achieves a high SNR for each subscriber device, easily supporting multiple HD video streams, web browsing, and security cameras on the same system.
