Step 3: Complete your account setup
That authorised representative will need to complete the full onboarding form, which covers company registration, key contacts, billing details, and procurement requirements. You’ll also accept our standard terms as part of this process.

Step 4: Account activation
Once we receive your completed form, our team will review and confirm your account is active – including your access to Westbase.io Direct and your procurement portal. We’ll also offer you a consultation with one of our experts to discuss your requirements and fine-tune your setup.
