How it works
Getting started is straightforward:
Step 1: Tell us about you
Complete the form with your name, company, and email address.
Step 2: We’ll send the full onboarding form
A member of our team will send you the full form via DocuSign. Please ensure an authorised representative from your organisation completes it.
Step 3: Complete your account setup
That authorised representative will need to complete the full onboarding form, which covers company registration, key contacts, and billing details. You’ll also accept our standard terms as part of this process.
Step 4: Account activation
Once we receive your completed form, our team will review and confirm your account is active – including your access to Westbase.io Direct, our procurement portal. We’ll also offer you a consultation with one of our experts to discuss your requirements and fine-tune your setup.
