New Partner Programme

We have always valued our channel customers highly, working closely with you to deliver the support you need, when you need it. We wanted to take this further however by increasing our recognition of valued partners, and by providing you with more ready access to the broad range of support on offer. As we approach our 30th anniversary, we thought the timing couldn’t be better to announce our all-new Partner Programme which all of our key channel partners will be invited to join.

Providing access to a wide range of services across technical, sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing and finance, the new programme encapsulates all of the support available to you previously – and more. The programme splits partners into three tiers – Bronze, Silver and Gold – each of which have differing requirements and benefits, designed to suit your business needs.

Introducing BaseCamp:

BaseCampA key update to our partner support is the launch of our all-new online portal, “BaseCamp”, which provides partners with direct access to the materials and support you need online.

It includes directories of marketing literature, product literature and technical support information to enable you to learn about new industry solutions and applications, product updates and more. With ready-access to collateral, which can be leveraged for sales and marketing purposes, it can also accelerate your go-to-market, by putting what you need at your fingertips – including everything from standard manufacturer documentation to partner-ready campaigns for launching new products and applications.

BaseCamp also provides access to key services online, such as deal registration and special price requests, and includes access to key updates such as information on the latest firmware and product news. You can also use BaseCamp to review information about “offline” partner services available, and to request this support.


How to Join

We will be emailing all eligible partners with details of how you can sign up to the new Partner Programme and gain access to the BaseCamp online portal, but if you don’t want to wait to receive this then please feel free to speak to your account manager today, who can get the process started for you.

The sign-up process is easy; we have some simple terms and conditions which you will need to review and agree online, then we simply need email details for users who need access to BaseCamp and we will add them to the portal for you. From there, you then have complete access to the programme benefits.
